Explosive property damage or other violence is unlikely with the concentration of clueless teenagers in the neighborhood, but then again, teenagers are inventive.

Of course, there's always the ridiculously embarrassing options.

Most of them seem to be interested in sports, I don't think we'll have to worry too much about them channeling their energy into anything that destructive.

Stay long enough and I'm sure you'll see your fair share of embarrassing moments, though.
